About Lee Gray

Lee Gray is a Community Oriented + Social Impact leader. Her career experiences have spanned across the Design, Project and Retail Management, Ecosystem Building and Entrepreneurial spaces. Lee’s interest in community development and economic empowerment stems from her desire to steward change for the underserved and underrepresented. Since graduating from North Carolina A&T State University, Lee has led teams in: Design and Visual Merchandising for national clothing brands including Nordstrom, Belk, and bevello. Most recently her work has been in Community Development at a state wide level. Lee has also had the honor of being selected as Ecosystem Builder-in-Residence for the state wide Black Wall Street Forward initiative for the city of Fayetteville. Lee currently serves as Associate Director for Knox St. Studios, a social impact studio serving founders, entrepreneurs and change makers across North Carolina where she manages programs, is responsible for project implementation and the strategic direction for the organization. Lee holds a Masters in Operations Management, B.S in Marketing and International Business, and Career Certificates in Non Profit Management, Fashion Design + Merchandising.
