In my role, I've developed and delivered a dynamic curriculum that seamlessly integrates various disciplines, from history to art and science. This experience has not only sharpened my communication and presentation skills, but has also taught me the importance of adaptability and creative problem-solving in meeting the unique needs of each student. Prior to my tenure at Shining Mountain, I spent five years at Cincinnati Waldorf School, where I not only taught music but also served as a mentor to struggling students, crafting personalized lesson plans to ensure their success. Additionally, as the founder of Griffith Talent Education, my entrepreneurial drive has allowed me to provide tailored cello instruction to students of all ages and levels, further solidifying my passion for individualized learning and growth. This endeavor also showcases my marketing, customer service, attention to detail, and drive to succeed. Now, I am eager to transition my passion for education into a career in tech sales.
