About Lee Grigsby

While I am definitely available to coach all people and empower them to walk through their fears and lead healthier lives, my absolute passion is to coach Black men to THRIVE, despite the stereotypes and constructs that can be roadblocks! There is NO DOUBT in my mind about the amount of work that needs to be done for the United States to live up to the high standards of equity and inclusion we deserve. As a Black man in this country, I know all too well about the biases, stereotypes, racism, and systemic constructs that impact the opportunities and quality of life for so many! Understanding those things makes my choices and decisions that much more powerful - I choose NOT to let those biases, stereotypes, racism, and systemic constructs define who I am, what I do, or what success is for me! From the lifestyle choices that historically affect Black men’s health, to the systemic constructs that make success seem almost impossible - working with me will help you create and define your own success!
