A clinician by background, Lee specialises in working with NHS organisations. He has national and international experience across the spectrum of healthcare, including executive and operational roles across commissioning and provider organisations. Lee is an expert in the delivery of change. He has particular focus on transformation, large scale programme delivery, governance and risk. He has supported executive and delivery teams to tackle financial, performance and quality challenges. Lee has led and supported the design and delivery of successful financial recovery plans across physical and mental health care in CCGs, Acute Trust’s and community providers. This has included transformation of Section 117, CHC, MSK, Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Diabetes. He has also enaled rededign across both urgent care and elective care. This has included intermediate / integrated care, OOH and Out Patient transformation, referral management, peri-operative, surgical. Lee works closely with management and delivery teams to develop sustainable capability. Lees clinical background is within NHS diabetes services for 10 years, across primary, community and secondary care. He is experienced in securing clinical engagement in pathway redesign, with extensive stakeholder management and engagement skills. He has the skill to develop positive relationships, ownership supporting sustainable transformation. Lee also has commercial sector experience, providing services to the public sector.
