Encouraging progression by leading with example | Hui Xin strives to create a positive impact on the people around her through thoughtful consideration of the needs of others, being understanding of the difficulties others are facing and put in the effort to help those who are struggling to reach their fullest potential. She is passionate in caring for the well-being of others which are seen through the electives she undertake during her undergraduate studies and hope to inspire people to discover the positives of themselves. She possesses excellent interpersonal skills, forming valuable connections and providing emotional support to others. All of which are seen through her leadership accolades throughout junior college to university years. With effective communication skills, she continues to work on her personal development, achieving growth which also encourages others to do well. Despite having a competitive nature, she balances it well with her self-care practices so that she is able to pour from a full cup through her interactions with friends, colleagues and supervisors. Lastly, being involved in many interdisciplinary modules, she managed to hone her brainstorming skills, systemise her thinking processes and create structured learning outcomes in collaborative works that lead others towards a common goal.
