Hello Everyone! I’m Lee, a highly analytical and versatile research and development engineer with substantial experience in managing project operations from conception to completion whilst ensuring adherence to set standards. Throughout my Research and Development career, I have built a track record of success in envisioning/formulating innovative strategies and planning cost-effective designs for driving process improvements. I add value and contribute to the success of the organization by assessing/meeting business requirements and directing all stages of product development by leading system installation/commissioning. Starting in early 2024 I have given myself a challenge which is to learn a new skillset so was given the opportunity to become Health and Safety Coordinator with Albany International. The knowledge and expertise I have with project management has really benefited me in this transition.
