About Lee Jesic

As an experienced Chartered Mechanical Engineer, I am passionate about using my knowledge to design solutions that meet the needs of customers. Having designed products for a range of markets across multiple disciplines, I have the drive and commitment needed to complete projects successfully. My career to date has given me an excellent experience with Engineering within the manufacturing environment, from concept to production. This has allowed me to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation, from senior management to suppliers. My current duties include leading a team of Engineers. Additionally, I am responsible for managing the development of the company's product portfolio. This includes researching the latest technologies, lean engineering and manufacturing techniques to provide a product development roadmap for standardised products, processes & procedures whilst maintaining customer focus on project requirements through competence measurement and training.
