About Lee Joyce

Having worked as a Lender for Asset Finance and Asset Based Lenders for 14 years, for the last 15 years I have been providing Plant and Machinery and predominantly Inventory valuation and advisory services to the Banks, Specialist and Asset Based Lenders ("ABL"), as well as Corporate Financiers, Insolvency Practitioners and Equity Providers. Asset classes valued include industrial and commercial plant and machinery and inventory (commodity, wholesale, specialist, commercial and industrial). Specialities: Bringing together both my experience of working within an Asset Based Lender where I monitored revolving inventory lends, and the detailed valuation to provide a comprehensive appreciation of the potential risks and benefits of a proposed inventory lend. Alongside work I am a CFAB student with the ICAEW.
