In this role he drastically improved employee retention and was instrumental in retaining high value clients through his exemplary customer service. He cut his teeth in commercial flight operations transporting clients and passengers to sometimes remote airports in western Canada and providing critical personnel and supplies to communities that relied on his flights as their connection to the rest of the world. As an airline and corporate pilot, Lee gained experience operating into busy metropolitan airspace while maintaining his high standards for above and beyond customer service. Often stopping to lend a hand or to assist customers and make their trip memorable and enjoyable.
