I have over 24 years of experience and expertise in the mortgage industry, which enables me to understand the challenges and opportunities that customers face in this dynamic and competitive sector. I am PRINCE2® certified and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Prior to joining Microsoft, I held leadership roles in various mortgage teams including Credit Management and New Lending at Skipton Building Society, where I managed a portfolio of over £1 billion and oversaw the end-to-end lending process, from origination to servicing. I also led several cross-functional teams and collaborated with key stakeholders across the organization and the industry, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. I am passionate about supporting customers and colleagues, and I have completed certifications in mental first aid and inclusive recruitment and selection.
