About Lee Lloyd

42 years experience in the UK construction industry all on the consultancy side. Have worked mainly for large private practices eg. Faithful & Gould, Gleeds, Arcadis. Previously a Director of 2 companies who likes hands-on approach. I have had over the years QS experience in many sectors including heavy civils & tunnelling for British Gypsum, various projects at Birmingham International Airport, a large industrial project in Poland, MOD & RSL Housing schemes, Large city centre office developments, RAC Supercentre and master planning & delivery of many colleges and Universities to name a few. Between 2011 my work experience concentrated more on Public Sector work eg.Health, Housing, Defence,Education, LA Frameworks. I have also been active in the Licensed Retail Sector providing project & cost management services to major clients as well as Strategic Cost advice for residential developers/ land reclamation. In recent years I have provided Expert Services for Land Value Disputes acting for both landowners and residential developers as well as acting as Monitoring Surveyor for various Funders.
