About Lee M.

With a love of all things digital media, from paid media to website management, from UX to CRO – I specialise primarily in PPC, however have branched out into paid social, programmatic display, SEO and website management over the years. Overall I’ve been in PPC for over a decade, with 6 years’ experience within agencies, from networks to large, medium and small independents. I've worked within the consultancy/ad tech world for the past 4 years, servicing both national and global clients across a variety of verticals, both agency and in-house. As a Digital Director/Head of Digital, I strive to learn and adapt with a hands-on approach – the balance of both strategic and tactical implementation that allows me to be agile and intuitive with my approach to digital media and budget allocation. I believe in a people-first approach to management – focusing on bringing in top talent/rising stars whilst giving them the space to perform and grow is a must, being personable and connected with your team avoids the continuous storming cycle and allows a team to truly perform and prosper. Before digital media, I worked and trained as a trainee accountant in a UK top 25 firm within Business Recovery and Reconstruction (Insolvency), studying the AAT and ACCA – all of which gave a strong foundational knowledge and experience of the wider business world.
