I provide advice to on how to best design their open spaces and more importantly provide solutions to ensure they will be sensitively managed in perpetuity. This allows the Developer to dispone all liabilities associated with their newly formed open spaces in a responsible manner. They can leave their project with peace of mind that it will be well looked after for a very long time. I also help, by providing them best practical advice and feedback on the viability of their proposals from a long-term management perspective.
