I’ve been doing direct care work since 2007 I worked at a branch of State hospital in Mississippi until I moved to Amarillo in 2010. I worked at community options for a little bit over a year. I started at my current job in 2012 and I’m a home supervisor. I also coach special Olympics and was nominated as coach of the year in 2018. I love what I do and I’m very ambitious and passionate about caring for others and I hope to grow in the field and provide a great experience for individuals with intellectual disabilities. I’m also now a NCT(non certified technician) X-ray! I completed the course at the X-ray academy of Texas in 2022! I’m a technician at HCA HEALTHCARE!
