Vice President of Manufacturing - Enhanced the company’s strategic global opportunities by successfully completing a special assignment to acquire a water based fabrication facility. This included the acquisition of a 75 acre facility located on the Neches River in Texas and overseeing the $42MM Capital Investment including start up of the operation. Today this facility is operating and employees 1,100 workers. Vice President - Full responsibilities to start up and manage a 480k square foot Module facility that could produce complete truck able Modules for shipment. All Structures and Piping where fabricated onsite for Module assembly. Modules where completed through mechanical completion and instrument check out. Peak manpower of workers. As Vice President of Construction for a new EPC company, developed and constructed a new $12MM state of the art fabrication shop. This included managing the project from conception through commissioning. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the Company construction and fabrication division which includes office and shop personnel. Securing and overseeing Client projects from estimate phase to commissioning of units.Other duties include human resource matters, accounting functions, estimating, project management/controls, office administration, strategic planning, sales, procurement, and contract negotiations.
