Background
About Lee Newman
I've been within the BTP for over 11years and am always looking at ways to continue developing new skills. I have recently completed and apprenticeship in Team Leadership and management where i secured a distinction Grade. I have a vast amount of experience at different levels, most recently securing a service delivery manager role within the Visual Services department. As part of the role, I implemented a number of changes within the department to ensure smooth transition and was a key figure for driving performance. I was also nominated by a member of the team for a leader of the year award. I was a volunteer with the Metropolitan police service for 6 years in where I was part of the response teams and attended to members of the publics calls when in need. I have many experiences within my time which demonstrate my skills in dealing with conflict, making decisions under pressure etc I am keen to keep adding to my experiences and learn new skills
