I am a PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager, expert in delivering transformational change, that drives operational improvement, optimises available resource, creates cost savings and increases revenue generation. I produce robust project plans to drive timely completion of project minutiae, ensuring deliverables match organisational objectives. I am adept at scoping complex business requirements to introduce new systems and processes that meet regulatory compliance and ensure robust governance. I bridge the gap between business, stakeholders and technical teams, to manage complex dependencies and dynamically translate commercial requirements into best-in-class solutions. Since 2005, I have operated as a Project Manager / Programme Manager, completing assignments for leading organisations such as BT, RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, Co-operative Bank. I have worked across the public and private sector in a range of sectors including Financial Services, Telecommunications and Professional Services. I have a strength in utilising superior Project/Programme Management knowledge and subject matter expertise to provide credible leadership that influences and informs key business decision-making. Some of my notable assignments include succeeding in remediating complaints and returning Ulster Bank to a state of BAU after a system crash left customers without access to their accounts for weeks. I succeeded in re-engineering 200 services for Stoke-on-Trent City council during a period of austerity, moving activity to a contact centre and redeploying 100 FTE to front-line, leading to improved efficiencies and customer service.
