Creative and collaborative storyteller with 20+ years industry experience. I am passionate about crafting compelling and immersive stories that bring diverse and multifaceted characters to life. With my breadth of production experience, I am able to help generate the initial concept and guide it all the way through to final performance and execution. I lead by example, cultivating an environment of trust, positivity, respect, and inclusion. I believe in open communication, cross-discipline collaboration, and going with the best idea in the room. I support a healthy work/life balance, wholeheartedly believing that happy teams build fun games and that life experience informs the best storytelling. As a performance director, I am prepared, responsible, and resourceful. A solid foundation of game development experience combined with many years working with actors, allows me to deliver meaningful and memorable performances while remaining on-target and avoiding expensive reshoots.
