About Lee Senior

Over the last 24 years, I have planned and led multiple complex projects throughout the lifecycle, delivering them on time and within budget to the highest quality standards. Focusing on training program leadership and logistic operations, I have prioritised risk and led on Health, Safety and Environmental management in highly regulated, high hazard environments. Some of my key projects include: • Directed a multi-million pound training program involving 450 personnel in Oman. • Led the design and delivery of the new ‘Warrior’ on-boarding programme, a new mentorship programme, and a new online Learning Environment. • Managed and assured the Leadership Development Program at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. • Designed and delivered successful projects into the overseas Military Academies as part of a key partnership with UK Defence. • Directed logistic operations and led training for a newly-formed organisation with a 120-strong team. Qualifications include: Level 7 Award in Leadership & Management Agile Project Management Practitioner PMQ: Project Management Qualification NEBOSH - NG1, NG2 & CN1 NEBOSH IIRSM Certificate in Managing Risk
