A Chartered Surveyor with excellent retail expertise, who has worked with some of the leading property companies and real estate consultancies on some of the world's largest shopping centre and mixed use projects. Lee has a broad knowledge of the Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar (15 years) UK (11 years), Australia (3 years), China and European property markets. During this time, Lee has dealt with everything from Community Malls to Super Regional Malls of 2.5 million square feet sqm) and one of the world's largest urban regeneration mixed use projects.
