About Lee Trammell

I’m a hospitality executive, father, husband, and man of faith who leads with care, compassion, and purpose. For more than 20 years, I’ve shaped food and beverage programs, developed people into confident leaders, and helped bring hotel and restaurant concepts to life. To me, hospitality is personal. It’s a commitment to people, excellence, and consistent care. Today, I serve as the Restaurant General Manager at the River Street Inn in Savannah, GA, where I oversee The Broken Keel and The Bootlegger, two flagship concepts generating over five million dollars in annual revenue. I also lead daily Managers Receptions to personally engage with guests and oversee all banquet and event operations on-site. I work closely with Clearview Capital’s executive leadership team on strategy, forecasting, and performance. Before this, I was Beverage Director at Bilmar Beach Resort, where I led beverage operations within an eight-million-dollar food and beverage program and helped reduce costs from twenty-two percent to fourteen percent, adding over five-hundred-thousand dollars in profitability. Whether mentoring my team, raising my children, or living my faith, I lead with purpose and strive to leave every person and place better than I found it. I’m proud of the teams I’ve built, the guests we’ve served, and the culture we’ve protected. I look forward to continuing to lead with purpose and guiding properties that reflect these values now and in the future.
