Hello All! I am a Loyola University Chicago psychology graduate that was raised in the Greater Toronto Area. Growing up playing basketball, taught me not only how competitive I am, but it also stressed the importance of communication and working together as a team and as an individual. While playing at a high level, I realized just how important mental health is and how it is not often discussed. That is when I started to develop a passion for mental health! My goal is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and addictions. My colleagues would describe me as a resourceful individual who maintains a positive and creative proactive attitude when faced with adversity. My expertise would include the development and implementation of plans, problem-solving, good organizational skills, dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues, ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy, customer service, time management, excellent communication and listening skills, and attention to detail.
