Lee holds a Degree in Biological Sciences from of the University of Alberta With over three decades of work within the Alberta healthcare environment Lee has been involved with Pediatrics, Dermatology, Primary Care Networks, Home Care, Acute Care, Long Term Care, Palliative Care, Contracts & Tenders and Key Account Management. This experience within the health care system gives Lee the breadth of experience to understand the needs of provincial institutional clients. Involved in positions of direct patient care, supportive care as well as program planning & development the insights gained are central to Lee’s range of abilities to develop and implement successful programs within the healthcare environment.Additionally, Lee has over 15 years of experience in providing top flight representation for small Canadian and large multi National pharmaceutical firms. This has involved therapeutic areas such as Pediatrics, Dermatology, Nutrition, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Immunology and Hematology.This broad therapeutic experience allows Lee to appropriately position programs with the right stakeholders.Most recently Lee’s work with Key Account Management within AHS included the mapping of process structures, institutional care protocol development and Provincial Working Group KOL roles & responsibilities. This has allowed the development of a dynamic understanding of the transition from the past & present to the future structure of AHS, it’s organization and philosophy. These insights allow Lee to fully comprehend and develop innovative solutions for his clients.
