About Lee Whatman

Since commencing my role as a Learning & Development Manager at Just Mortgages in 2018, I have been committed to devising and delivering impactful and engaging training solutions for the financial services sector. I collaborate closely with senior leaders, managers, and advisers across various divisions and regions to ascertain their learning requirements, craft bespoke training sessions, and offer coaching and support to assist them in expanding their business and attaining their objectives. Following my promotion to Senior Training Manager, I now also manage a team of L&D advisers and am accountable for the continuous training of the management team within the Self-employed division of Just Mortgages. As an experienced L&D consultant, I boast a strong background in client service, sales, process, and systems training. My industry qualifications encompass PTTLS, CeMAP, and the TAP Certificate. Furthermore, I have developed skills in videography, content creation, and LMS management, enabling me to utilise a variety of formats and platforms to enrich the learning experience and outcomes. I am motivated by a passion for nurturing individuals, enhancing performance, and delivering results through dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative training interventions.
