I commenced my career in the printing industry in developing hands-on expertise across a range of print production processes, including Screen, Litho, and Digital printing, as well as a wide range of print finishing methods, including Die Cutting, CAD cutting, assembly, and both manual and automated collation. This technical foundation provided the platform to progress into account management, business development, and ultimately, executive leadership as Operations Director. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent ability to identify challenges, develop strategic solutions, and drive projects to successful completion. I am financially and commercially astute, with extensive experience managing budgets, optimising operations, and delivering sustainable business growth. Recognised for fostering strong relationships across all levels of an organisation and with clients, I ensure alignment, performance, and measurable results.
