With over 15 years of experience in SITS development and higher education systems, I specialise in delivering high-quality solutions tailored to institutional needs. As Managing Director of Wilton Solutions, I work as a contractor, partnering with universities to optimise their SITS implementations, upgrades, and developments.I started my journey with SITS as an end user in the Registry team at Sheffield Hallam University, before progressing into a technical development role where I thrived. Having worked extensively as both a SITS end-user and a developer, I bring a unique understanding of how users interact with the system and the challenges they face. This experience allows me to design user-focused solutions that not only meet technical requirements but also improve efficiency and usability. My ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users helps me build strong relationships within my contracts, ensuring developments are aligned with real-world needs.I have led multiple successful SITS implementations across a wide range of roles, covering curriculum management, student records, enrolment, and reporting.
