That's my daily reality as the Director of Strategy and Operations at CoStar Group. My role blends the complementary mediums of leadership, innovation, and storytelling to create compelling visual content for the real estate sector. With them, I continuously seek to create streamlined, effective operations and processes that culminate in operational excellence. As someone who measures success with metrics, I take great pride in the milestones we’ve achieved. Here are just a few examples of those milestones throughout my career: Spearheaded the creation of a division comprising more than 300 remote staff, located across 65 domestic locations. Achieved a sixfold increase in production since the Architectural Photography division's inception in 2019. Instituted comprehensive career progression and talent management programs, leading to 36 promotions within the team. If there's one cornerstone to my professional philosophy, it’s the value I place on human capital. I firmly believe that the success of an organization is inextricably tied to the collective spirit and skills of its people.
