As the Medical Support Assistant Supervisor for the Appleton VA Outpatient Clinics have developed expertise in many areas including: managing people, data gathering and interpretation, process efficiency, VA policies, guidelines and applicable laws concerning VA, utilizing available resources to investigate problems or situations that require attention as well as developing a rapport with all of our customers, both internal and external, to enhance trust with VA.
