With over 10 years of work experience in supply planning and logistics, I am a Senior Manager Supply Planning at Horizon Organic, where I oversee the organic milk supply chain and ensure optimal inventory levels, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Previously, I was a Senior Manager Organic Milk Planning and a Supply Planner at Danone, where I managed the demand forecasting, production planning, and distribution of various dairy products across multiple plants and regions. I have strong analytical skills, financial risk management expertise, and strategic thinking abilities, which have enabled me to contribute to the profitability, sustainability, and growth of the companies I have worked for. I hold an MBA from the University of Denver with a focus on supply chain management, and a BA in Economics from the Colorado College. I have also received multiple awards for my academic and professional achievements, such as the 3rd Place Winner of the Race & Case competition and the Van Skilling Award.
