With over 20 years of work experience in purchasing and procurement, I am a Master Data Controller at Biocartis NV, a biotechnology company that develops and commercializes innovative molecular diagnostics solutions. I am passionate about setting up and managing products, product masters, configurations, reporting categories, procurement categories, supplementary items, bills of materials, production routing, product costing, warehouse set-up, and other related processes. I value quality, accuracy, and efficiency, and I strive to align my work with the company's mission of providing accessible and personalized healthcare solutions to patients and healthcare providers. As a Master Data Controller at Biocartis NV, I am responsible for the set-up of various data elements and workflows in the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as other software applications, such as Exflow, Rydoo, and DevOps. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and IT, to ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across the organization. I also create and update procedures and work instructions for all the data elements and processes that I manage, and I conduct software testing and validation to ensure optimal system performance and functionality. Additionally, I leverage my skills in purchasing and procurement to support the company's indirect procurement activities, such as vendor selection, contract negotiation, invoice processing, and expense management.
