I have four years of experience working as a teacher where I gained extensive knowledge of the curriculum, programs and educational plans for schools. 3 years experience in private sector as sales and tender coordinator for medical instrumentation Eight years experience in NGO’s field. I have the organizational and time management skills needed to manage the educational system efficiently. The sphere standards, INEE Minimum Standards ToT, Gender Marker Training, Participatory Assessment, Teaching methodologies & Teachers training and Standard Operating Procedures for the Prevention of and Response to GBV & Child Protection I have extensive knowledge of the educational regulations, policies and standards set by the government. I have the training and skills to implement educational programs that match the standards of the school and to assist build capacity of the teachers. I can provide support for the staff, attend meetings and help to maintain a safe and healthy environment. I also have the skills to perform the administrative duties associated with the job such as preparing financial reports and managing the budget.
