An experienced public affairs, business liaison and advocacy professional with extensive lobbying, strategy, policy, research and management experience, a reputation as an accomplished communicator and an excellent track record of project delivery and budget management. I am widely recognised for my excellent interpersonal skills and am an experienced communicator with extensive experience of coalition and committee work nationally and internationally. I have worked successfully with businesses and government alike. There are European Directives that contain clauses suggested by me, and in the UK I was appointed by the Government to chair the Consumer Expert Group on Digital Television Switchover, with the government agreement on a digital switchover Help Scheme as a major achievement. I am a fellow of the RSA, have been a speaker at several national and international events relating to digital inclusion and consumer protection.
