About Leen Sadder

I am a multidisciplinary designer, strategist, entrepreneur and community leader with 15+ years of experience designing with, and for, communities. I currently lead all things community at ATÖLYE, a community-powered design and innovation consultancy that works with leading organizations to deliver purpose-driven work. In addition to overseeing our global community team and 250+ members, I also run the Community Lab, an experimental space to explore the edges of community design. Prior to ATÖLYE, I founded THIS Toothbrush, an e-commerce business that revives a natural toothbrush called the miswak through innovative products. I was also a TechStars mentor, consulting startups on brand, product and experience design. My passion for community began as a member of the Sandbox Network and evolved with grassroots initiatives like Afikra, an organization that fosters curiosity around Arab history & culture, which I am a board member of today. I'm also the founder of HOME, a network of inspiring women in the Middle East, and a recent member of the House of Beautiful Business.
