In 1997 graduated as a nurse, worked at the University Hospital of Leuven in the operation room for different surgeries. Transplantations, Prelevations, Trauma, Thoracic, Abdominal, Orthopedics, Reconstructive & spine, followed by an operating nurse course and bachelor degree nursing. After some wonderful experiences as an operating nurse I changed profession in 2001 as an Accountmanager for Synthes/Mathys where I was active in the field for Orthopedics, Trauma, CMF, Biomaterials, Veterinary & Spine but also for investmentgoods like powertools and tourniquet related equipment. Exciting business related experiences brought me to the Productmanagement level. With experiences in Trauma & Veterinary, Spine, Biomaterials, CMF & Sternum and later on more specific for Shoulderprosthesis & extremity surgeries, Hips & Knees. In 2008 left Synthes and went to Mathys, PM shoulder and Field Support for Hips and Knees. In 2010 started with Zimmer as a New Product Development Manager for Trabecular Metal and became also responsable for Surgical, Investment goods, Trauma, Foot & Ankle for Belgium & Luxemburg. In August 2014 part of TES team (Trauma-Foot & Ankle-Extremities-Surgical) Sales and Field support Orthopaedics, Trauma & Extremities National Project Management Foot implants Normed National Product Management Surgical October 2015, Global Knee product Manager at Lima Corporate Primary & Revision Knee Portfolio with country responsabilities & Projects.
