Hi, I'm Leena Kesarkar, a CSPO-certified product professional who believes the best solutions live at the intersection of complex problems and simple experiences. Four years ago, I started as a Software Engineer at Majesco's insurance tech scene. I quickly realized that writing code was just one piece of the puzzle, but the real challenge was understanding what users needed and why current solutions weren't working. That curiosity led me from debugging SQL queries to researching user pain points, from fixing backend processes to designing entire product strategies. I've worked across pharmaceuticals (from drug pipelines to compliance and supply chain) at Regeneron and LSPedia, Insurtech at Capgemini and Majesco, each teaching me that regulated industries desperately need better product thinking. What drives my approach: I use AI tools like ChatGPT, Bolt, and Claude not just for efficiency, but to rapidly prototype ideas and validate assumptions before committing engineering resources. I build analytics dashboards because gut feelings don't scale. And I translate complex regulatory requirements into user stories because compliance and usability shouldn't be enemies. My sweet spot: Taking industries where "user-friendly" seems impossible—think pharmaceutical serialization or commercial insurance workflows—and proving that even the most complex B2B products can be intuitive.
