About Leena Pandya

Dr. Pandya is naturopathic doctor at San Francisco Integrative Health specializing in health optimization through targeted diet & lifestyle changes, biofeedback therapy, tailored herbal medicines/dietary supplements, IV therapy, and regenerative joint injections. She has succesfully treated high-performing individuals ranging from professional athletes at the 49ers and Warriors to CEOs and founders. Dr. Pandya believes in rebalancing the body and creating an equilibrium with precise nutrition, ideal hormone levels, supported emotions, regulated immune function, peak mobility, functional gut health, and maximal cognition. Dr. Pandya is also completing her fellowship in clinical research at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Health where she studies the utilization of consumer-grade wearable devices (Oura Ring) for primary care and mental health interventions. Her current studies examine the the impact of hyperthermia (sauna therapy) on sleep, heart rate variability and stress/burnout, and variations in deep/REM sleep patterns with female hormonal changes.
