Business Requirement Analysis Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather and interpret data-related needs. Translate regulatory, operational, and analytical requirements into well-structured data solutions (e.g, for IFRS 9, Basel, or serviceability calculations). Data Integration & Mapping Design data flow diagrams and source-to-target mappings across systems of core banking. Ensure data from multiple sources (e.g, credit bureaus, open banking APIs) fits into unified models such as Customer 360 or Financial Profile. Data Governance & Quality Define metadata, data dictionaries, and business glossary entries. Support data lineage, traceability, and governance. Ensure models support regulatory standards and meet data quality benchmarks. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with data engineers, DBAs, and developers to implement models in production environments. Banking Industry-Specific Focus Model entities like Customer, Account, Loan, Collateral, Financial Profile, Credit Score, Risk Grade, and Exposure. Enable use cases such as credit risk assessment, loan origination, anti-money laundering (AML), regulatory reporting, and customer profitability analysis. Align with IBM FSS standards, ensuring integration with Industry Models.
