I am a Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Protingent, a leading IT staffing agency that delivers top-tier engineering and IT professionals to power businesses forward. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from S S Jain Subodh Girls College, Jaipur, I am passionate about enhancing the skills and competencies of the workforce in the information technology and services industry. I have more than three years of experience in IT recruitment, both in the US and India, where I supported national customers such as Blue Origin, Bluetooth, Microsoft, Samsung, Apple, Cisco, and Xilinx with positions across the US. I have a strong understanding and experience in the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing to negotiating salaries. In my current role, I oversee the training and development of the staff and align the training programs with the organization's goals and vision.
