I have over 16 years of rich experience in business and I formulate and facilitate seamless strategic partnerships with corporates banks investors government and defense sectors by creating long term synergies in the areas of EAP Business Process Enhancement Career Enhancement and Assessment Solutions. I have an interesting journey which has led me to where I am today. In addition to my Engineering & MBA degrees I studied Advanced Financial Management from New York University. I have worked with the Corporate Banking team at Wells Fargo Bank New York analysing and approving investments to the tune of $ 50 mn and above. I handled a portfolio of clients within the manufacturing retail defense infrastructure oil and gas industries to which the bank was lending. In India having worked with Yes Bank and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance I joined VSOLVE in 2009 and have ever since been exposed to consulting projects within multiple industries. I have led highly successful business consulting projects for several MNCs spanning complex cross-functional reporting structures and stringent corporate governance compliance standards. These projects typically include company-wide auditing of multiple complex departments and their functions business units SKUs SBIs etc. to identify loopholes and root causes which negatively impact business. Through our strong consulting practice which focusses on strategy corporate finance research and project implementation I have recommended practical business solutions which have resulted in an increase in productivity business capabilities and business performance. I am a certified patent specialist and have helped in drafting specifications of patents in the multiple industries. I frequently advise clients on their IP strategy and have significant experience in the search and filing of trademarks and copyrights as well. I handle the IP portfolio for several of our corporate clients I am also a documentation specialist with hands-on experience in SOP development and project planning from lead generation to project closures implementation plans quality control project monitoring and customer delivery strategies. From a team perspective I have been leading and managing several teams through tough business transition projects and brought them to successful completion. I drive myself and my teams hard - but also ensure that we all have time to unwind in order to refocus on ever-changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
