At EQUIPO in our groundbreaking Team Building Activities & workshops, I make use of proven psychological, physiological and spiritual techniques to help learners install that same rich mindset inside themselves. I have been working as a Trainer & Lead Facilitator in various organizations like TATA Power, BMW, Mercedes, Sony, Volvo, HDFC Bank,Berger Paints, Cafe Coffee Day, South City International School, Lamartinere School, training students & employees on Healthy Weight Loss, Team Building, Mind Power, Study Techniques, Positive Thinking, Health & Stress Management, Relationship Management for the last 19 years. I am involved in developing various activities & courses in the areas of Team Building, Stress Management, Mind Power, Leadership & Negotiation Skills, Weight Loss to name a few. My 27 years stint with various people has helped me understand the various aspects of human behaviour and their motivational derivers. I am certified in NLP and am expert in its practical application in personal and professional life. I have done a lot of study and research through books written by Anthony Robbins, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Paul McKenna, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Robin Sharma, Ray Dalio, Esther & Jerry Hicks, Neal Donald Walsh, Stephen R. Covey, Tim Ferriss, Robert Kiyosaki, Jack Welch, Richard Bandler, Tim Ferriss, Richard Branson etc.
