My main objective, is to guarantee seamless operation of the sale points of the company. Set up and overview all IT/Network infrastructure of 30 locations. System Administrator of Head office for 25+ employees. Adhere to Local Fiscal requirements and coordinate the migration to a compliant solution. The role entails the following •Maintained and supported office infrastructure, and other technical needs for the company's Athens headquarters. •Managed and monitored the local office network (LAN and WLAN). •Installed and provided technical support for POS systems and peripherals across the store network. •Conducted software and hardware upgrades for both office and store networks. •Provided daily training and support for office users, store personnel, and company affiliates on proprietary and commercial software. •Collaborated with central IT services for the company group to assist with the rollout of new projects and to handle daily operational issues. •Handled warehouse movements in the ERP system and assisted the accounting department with reporting and stock monitoring. Our biggest challenge the past year has been the migration to a new ERP/stock management solution.
