About Lei Cochran

A strategic executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in program management and drug development. She brings a successful track record in directing cross-functional projects and programs, forging internal and external partnerships, and establishing vital organizational infrastructure. She has managed the full product life cycle for drug development from discovery research and clinical development to regulatory submission and product launch. What sets her apart is her international experience. She is fluent in English and Chinese, has worked and lived in the United States and Taiwan, and frequently traveled in Japan for work. She has led 15 global project teams to achieve numerous Candidate Selections, Investigational New Drug (IND) and Clinical Trial Application (CTA) submissions, First-in-Human (FIH) clinical studies, Proof-of-Concept (PoC), Biologics License Application (BLA) and supplemental BLA submissions. As an Executive MBA and seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP), she relentlessly drives the innovation and drug development activities that empower start-up, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies to succeed.
