Leia Beck is a seasoned Logistics, E-commerce, and Sales expert with two decades of experience in sales, sales leadership, and sales strategy consulting. She had direct revenue responsibility and growth for over $400 MM as a leader at FedEx. Her foundation was built from a decade and a half with FedEx as a top 2% global sales executive. Currently, Leia helps her clients grow sales revenue and improve sales effectiveness through her role as a Senior Consultant for Chris Jennings Group in Irvine, California. By indoctrinating best in class sales techniques, designing world-class accountability and incentive programs, and implementing a process for hiring, interviewing, and new employee on-boarding, Leia's clients have been able to achieve double-digit growth results. Prior to Chris Jennings Group, Leia served as Chief Marketing Officer for Just4MyPet, a fast growing online retailer of personalized pet products. Her responsibilities included fostering effective partnerships to drive revenue, as well as identifying and developing new channels for brand recognition. Prior to joining Just4MyPet, Leia spent over 14 years at FedEx in sales and sales leadership positions, where she was consistently recognized as one of the performers in the world. She is a two-time winner of the coveted "President's Club Award", reserved for the top 2% of FedEx sales executives globally. In her most recent position with FedEx, Leia managed a team of Worldwide Account Managers who were responsible for driving sales and growing revenue at the enterprise level with some of the world's best known companies.
