About Leif Andersson

Three shortcuts about me, I have been using Swedish/English /French as working language- I've worked in: Sweden/France/Denmark; Business Development, Marketing and R&D o Business development meant develop and launch new products and solutions based upon new production technology. From zero to 60 M€ during my time. Mission also included building a new business-oriented organization together with creation of all necessary internal networks. o Marketing, global market responsibility for a global product portfolio. Story-telling where three arguments were the maximum allowed. International responsibility for product segments and leader for a team of international product managers. o R&D, from project leader to Director. Everything from managing projects to building and leading an organization made from three country teams- – This is me as a person: o The more hard ones: analytical/structured/goal oriented o The exploring ones: curious/listener/reflecting o The soft ones: emphatic/loyal/humoristic - – three important areas important for me in a future challenge. o Mission must be intellectually challenging – learning something new every day is key. o I want to be able to influence, through a leading role and through a team leadership. o A role where my values are shared – clarity, respect and trust- – three things making me the one you are looking for. o My broad working experience – in multiple roles, with several cultures and no fear of challenges. o A good leader supporting my team, showing directions and a strong coach. o Deep knowledge in building science/fire safety/building physics, always good to have – whatever business or role.
