I entered the US Army in as "Doctor E-4 Specialist Rivera." From those humbling roots, I rose like a phoenix from the ashes, to emerge a Military Field Grade Officer with Top-Secret/SCI Security Clearance with demonstrated leadership experience in public health surveillance and analysis, epidemiologic studies, surveys, public health policy and program management, health administration, public health promotion & education, and research program activities. I have proven experience in leadership, group mentorship, and supply-chain management US and internationally. I excel in team building, adaptive planning and problem resolution, defining and executing strategies that protect the security and accuracy of multibillion-dollar inventories. I execute multibillion-dollar medical logistic transfers to US and overseas partners, effectively, with zero errors. I demonstrate superior skills in individual/group training, mentoring, and developing both resilient individual and team capabilities to ensure achievement of day-to-day and large-scale mission objectives in the US and internationally. I excel in regulatory requirements, safety protocols, QA/QC policies, and operational best practices.
