About Leifson Ball

My work career has spanned the areas of Retail Pharmacy, Specialty Compounding, Drug Manufacturing and Home Infusion. I have management training, sigma 6 training and worked as a consultant pharmacist. I also am certified in Medical Therapy Management and Immunization Therapy. I have provided field support for pharmaceutical sales staff and accompanied sales visits to Physician’s offices and conventions for specific medical questions. I have worked to develop custom medications and treatments for physicians who want specialized drug therapies for their patients. I have helped develop working drug protocols for Physician’s offices to monitor drug specific therapies I have managed and implemented new drug information and inventory updates for pharmacy operating systems. I have trained employees on new pharmacy computer systems and organized pharmacy renovations. I have written articles for a monthly pharmacy newsletter and had an article published in a local magazine. Finally, to sum up my work career, I have worked in the areas of retail pharmacy, bio-identical hormones, compounding, chemotherapy, drug review, home infusion, infectious disease, inotropic drugs, neuromuscular therapy, specialty drugs, transplant therapy and managed nursing home medications.
