I have a keen eye for understanding what work is needed - I don't need to be given tasks as an IC or manager, I will identify gaps and needs and come up with solutions to address them- 5+ years direct management experience. Serves as Model Infrastructure Team Lead. I oversee and enact the development of machine learning, statistical, and reporting pipeline tools for model development, ML methods, and translational research- My primary tool is R #rstats and I am obsessed! I have an enthusiasm for reproducibility and automation of tasks (when it makes sense).
