A competent and conscientious Health and Safety representative and Machine Operator. Driven to succeed and currently expanding my knowledge by undertaking the NVQ Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. I have previously worked at TATA/British Steel in Scunthorpe in the Long Products Division as a Team Leader, based at the Scunthorpe Rail and Section Mill (SRSM) Area 3. As a Team Leader i was responsible for the safe and efficient production of Long Welded Rail. I was also seconded in to the role of Day Operations Manager for the Long Welded Rail Plant at Tata steel.
