Customer Service has always been my number one focus, and I believe that a positive experience can make or break someone’s day. With over ten years of managerial customer service experience, as well as a Diploma in Fashion Business, I know I would be an amazing leader and asset to any retail team. Over my years of working in business, I have honed my interpersonal skills and enjoyed coaching and developing strong sales teams who work extremely well together. As manager of both Fire and Flower and Danier Leather, I developed the skill set to organize and execute sales programs and initiatives, while meeting timelines and schedules. I utilized effective scheduling practices to create optimum efficiency to achieve store goals while budgeting and adhering to appropriate laws and legislation. During my career, I have successfully and repeatedly completed AGCO compliance reports, weekly and monthly inventory reports, and managed wage costs effectively.
