About Leigh Moore

With 25 years of legal experience — including nearly two decades in-house — I bring a practical, business-minded approach to legal leadership. My career began in the 1990s as a commercial real estate attorney in private practice, representing national office REITs and apartment developers. Over the past 20 years, my focus has shifted in-house to focus more on helping the business make smart, timely decisions that drive growth and protect the brand. As Senior Counsel for IWG in North America, I lead a high-performing team of attorneys and paralegals supporting a portfolio of 1,500+ flexible office locations. Together, we manage a wide range of legal matters, including complex leasing and commercial contracts, litigation strategy and resolution, risk management, and compliance. I’m proud to partner closely with our executive and commercial teams to align legal strategies with ambitious growth goals. Known for being collaborative, solutions-oriented, and pragmatic, I work to balance legal risk with operational priorities.
